Share Option Grant

PuriCore (LSE: PURI), the water-based clean technology company, announces today a share option grant, in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. On 1 May, PuriCore issued share options to a Company Independent Non-Executive Director as set forth below. The share options have an exercise price of 47.50p, which is the closing market price of the Company's ordinary shares on 1 May 2013, and a five-year term.
