Director/PDMR shareholdings
Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM:RLE), the London Stock Exchange listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with a portfolio of 1.5 million sq ft of commercial property in the Midlands property market across all sectors, announces that further to the announcement on 11 May 2018 of the vesting of share awards to Paul Bassi (Chief Executive) in respect of 146,737 ordinary shares and Marcus Daly (Finance Director) in respect of 83,850 ordinary shares, these directors have today exercised their right to acquire such shares for nil consideration. These shares, together with a further 33,540 ordinary shares in relation to share awards to other employees, were purchased by the Company on 5 June 2018 at a price of 56p per share and held in treasury until the transfer of all such shares to the relevant employees today. Following these transactions, Paul Bassi is interested in 10,266,737 ordinary shares (representing 5.51% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital) and Marcus Daly is interested in 1,763,850 ordinary shares (representing 0.95% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).
