Tanzanite One Limited06 October 2006 CORRECTION Tanzanite One Limited ("TanzaniteOne" or "the Company") Director's Dealings The issuer has advised that the following amendments have been made to theDirector's Dealings announcement made on 5 October 2006 at 7.01 a.m. In the original announcement it was incorrectly stated that Sefton Park Limited,a company owned buy the family of Nick Sibley, a non-executive director of theCompany, purchased 50,000 common shares of US$0.0003 each ("Common Shares") at aprice of 73 pence per Common Share. The announcement should have stated thatSefton Park Limited purchased 50,000 Common Shares at a price of 76.75 pence perCommon Share. In addition, a typographical error was made in the announcement. The fourth linestated that "Mr Selby is interested in 1,732,778 Common Shares" when it shouldhave stated that "Mr Sibley is interested in 1,732,778 Common Shares". The corrected version of the announcement is shown below.
