DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP")
On 21 March 2024, the grant of conditional share awards was made under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP") to the Directors and PDMRs listed below:

Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP")
Vesting of share awards
A conditional share award of 8,778 shares (which includes 719 shares accrued by way of a dividend equivalent payment) granted to Kris Licht under the Reckitt Benckiser Group plc 2015 Deferred Bonus Plan on 25 March 2021 vested on 25 March 2024.
4,583 shares were sold on 25 March 2024 at £43.466319 per share to realise sufficient funds to settle resultant tax and social security liabilities arising from the vesting. Following this, 4,195 shares were retained.
A conditional share award of 9,980 (which includes 817 shares accrued by way of a dividend equivalent payment) shares granted to Jeff Carr under the Reckitt Benckiser Group plc 2015 Deferred Bonus Plan on 25 March 2021 vested on 25 March 2024.
4,643 shares were sold on 25 March 2024 at £43.466319 per share to realise sufficient funds to settle resultant tax and social security liabilities arising from the vesting. Following this, 5,337 shares were retained.
A conditional share award of 4,351 shares (which includes 356 shares accrued by way of a dividend equivalent payment) granted to Volker Kuhn under the Reckitt Benckiser Group plc 2015 Deferred Bonus Plan on 25 March 2021 vested on 25 March 2024.
The resultant tax and social security liabilities arising from the vesting were self funded by Volker Kuhn. Following this, 4,351 shares were retained.
