Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), as at31 May 2026, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc:

· has 674,005,752 issued ordinary shares of 10⁵⁄₁₂ pence each admitted to trading. Each ordinary share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc;

· holds 36,516,209 ordinary shares of 10⁵⁄₁₂ pence each in treasury. The voting rights of treasury shares are automatically suspended; and

· accordingly, has total voting rights of 637,489,543.

The total voting rights figure 637,489,543 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
