BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBER CHANGES
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "Reckitt") announces that following Mehmood Khan stepping down from the Board as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Compliance Committee, Sir Jeremy Darroch, Chair of the Board, has taken the opportunity to review the members of the Board Committees.
With immediate effect, the Committee Chairs and members will be:
The Compliance Committee will be chaired by Pat Verduin and the members continue to be Kris Licht, Stefan Oschmann and Marybeth Hays.
The Remuneration Committee will continue to be chaired by Fiona Dawson and the members are Jeremy Darroch, Mahesh Madhavan and Stefan Oschmann.
The Audit Committee will continue to be chaired by Andrew Bonfield and the members will continue to be Elane Stock, Margherita Della Valle, Tamara Ingram and Marybeth Hays.
The Nomination Committee will continue to be chaired by Jeremy Darroch and the members will continue to be Andrew Bonfield and Margherita Della Valle.
The Company confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
