Reckitt announces the appointment of

Tamara Ingram OBE as Non-Executive Director

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc today announces the appointment of Tamara Ingram OBE to the Board as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee, effective 1 February 2023.

Tamara Ingram has had an extensive career in advertising, marketing and digital communication and has a deep understanding of consumer brands and digital strategy. Tamara was the Global Chair of Wunderman Thompson until the end of 2020 and prior to that held various leadership roles at WPP plc, including Global Chief Executive Officer of J. Walter Thompson, and at WPP's wholly owned data investment division, Kantar. Prior to joining WPP plc, Tamara was Chief Executive Officer of McCann Worldgroup in London and Chief Executive Officer of Saatchi & Saatchi's London office.

Tamara is currently a non-executive director of Marks and Spencer Group plc and Chair of their ESG Committee. She is also a non-executive director at Intertek Group plc and a member of their Remuneration Committee, as well as a non-executive director of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. and a member of their Audit and ESG Committees. Tamara was previously a non-executive director of the Sage Group plc and Serco Group plc. Tamara is also Chair of the Trustees of Asthma + Lung UK.

The Company confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13R in relation to Tamara's appointment.
