Director Declaration
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("Reckitt") announces that Sara Mathew, a Non-Executive Director of Reckitt, has been appointed as a Director of Dropbox, Inc., with effect from 28 July 2021. On this date, she was also appointed to the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of Dropbox, Inc.
This notification is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 of the FCA's Listing Rules.
