2021 Annual Report and Directorate Change
The Company announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 (the '2021 Annual Report') on the Company's website, www.reckitt.com.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available to view at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
In conformity with DTR 6.3.5(1A) the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the 2021 Annual Report as uploaded and available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website as noted above.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2pm on Friday 20 May 2022, at the London Heathrow Marriott Hotel, Bath Road, Hayes UB3 5AN. The 2021 Annual Report together with the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be mailed or otherwise made available to shareholders in due course.
Directorate change
Sara Mathew has notified the Company that she does not intend to seek re-election as a Non-Executive Director at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 20 May 2022. Sara has been a member of the Board and Audit Committee since July 2019.
Chris Sinclair, Chairman of the Board, commented "Sara has been a valuable member of the Board and Audit Committee and brought great insight to Board discussions. We would like to thank her for her significant contribution".
