The Company was notified today that on 15 September 2011 Mr. John Crowle, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 8,520 Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") of 1p each a price of 233.55p per share.

As a result of this transaction Mr. John Crowle currently has an interest in 41,853 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.016% of the issued share capital.
