Thornaby Limited is a company the entireissued share capital of which is owned by the I.R. Gowrie-Smith FamilySettlement, the beneficiaries of which include Ian Gowrie-Smith. IanGowrie-Smith is now interested in 75,758,681 shares representing 10.86% of theCompany's issued share capital, all of which are held by Thornaby Limited.
