Director Shareholdings

The Company was notified on 6 March 2015 that, on that day, Mr Salvatore Diliberto, a director of the Company, acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15.85 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the acquisition, Mr Diliberto is interested in 19,908,672 Ordinary Shares, representing 21.7 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
