ECONOMIC NET ASSET VALUE PER ORDINARY SHARE AS AT 8 SEPTEMBER 2023
The Company announces that as at 8 September 2023 its Economic Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share is US$1.30.
The increase in the Economic Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share as at 8 September 2023 (from the announced Economic Net Asset Value per Ordinary Shares as at 30 June 2023) is materially attributable to an increase, by the Company's independent valuer, in the valuation of the recently acquired share of the catalogue of music publishing rights of Big Loud Shirt Industries, LLC and the 50% interest in the writer's income streams from Craig Wiseman (both as announced by the Company on 8 August 2023).
