Therecommended proposal is to be implemented by way of a scheme of arrangement ofRHM. Shareholders will receive documentation including a circular convening a courtmeeting and an extraordinary general meeting of RHM to approve the scheme ofarrangement and certain other measures in connection with the proposal.
