Dividend Announcement

The Company is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has declared a dividend of USD0.01125 per Ordinary Share for the quarter ended 31 March 2023. The Company has elected, under the provisions of UK Statutory Instrument 2009/2034, to designate the full dividend for the three month period to 31 March 2023 as an interest distribution to its shareholders.

The dividend will be paid gross on Friday, 30 June 2023 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the register on Friday, 23 June 2023. The ex-dividend date is Thursday, 22 June 2023.

The Company continues to anticipate paying to holders of Ordinary Shares an annualised dividend of 4.5 per cent. by reference to the Company's initial Issue Price of USD1.00, for the financial period to 31 December 2023.

The Company is a non-cellular Guernsey company.
