Notification of Agreement

As announced previously, the Company continues to consider a potential transaction involving Kumas Manyezit Sanayi AS, and the Company has now signed a non-binding letter of intent ("Letter of Intent") with the sellers, Yıldız Holding A.Ş and Gözde Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. The Letter of Intent allows, in particular, the Company to commence the competition clearance process and other regulatory filings.

There can be no certainty that any transaction will occur. A further announcement will be made as appropriate.
