RHI Magnesita N.V. (LSE: RHIM), the leading global supplier of refractory products, systems and solutions, today announces that Fiona Paulus, Independent Non-Executive Director, informed the Company that she will step down from the Board with effect from 17 October 2022.

Herbert Cordt, Chairman, said: "Fiona has been with RHI Magnesita since 2019 and has been an energetic and vital part of our Board. We thank her for her commitment and service in her three years on the Board and look forward to hearing of her future successes."
