Regus plc (the 'Company') announces that its Remuneration Committee granted the following share options to its senior executives discharging management responsibility on 1st April 2011 at a price of £1.149 per share under the Regus plc Share Option Plan initially approved by shareholders of Regus Group plc on 18th May 2004 and again on 14th October 2008 by the Company's shareholders following a corporate transaction:-
