Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons

The Company announces that on 21st March 2011 it received the following notifications:

Stephen Gleadle (Director)

On 21st March 2011 Stephen Gleadle exercised his right to acquire at nil cost 155,279 ordinary shares awarded to him as nil cost options on 18th March 2008 under the Company's Co-Investment Plan; and

On the same day, in order to pay his resulting tax obligations, he sold 79,430 shares at a price of £1.0708 per share.

As at 21st March 2011 Mr. Gleadle holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 402,236 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.04% of the total voting rights in the Company.

Guillermo Rotman (Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility)

On 21st March 2011 139,821 ordinary shares, awarded to Guillermo Rotman on 18th March 2008 under the Company's Co-Investment Plan, were released to him at nil cost.

On the same day, in order to pay his resulting tax obligations, he sold 51,118 shares at a price of £1.0708 per share.

As at 21st March 2011 Mr. Rotman holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 539,741 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.05% of the total voting rights in the Company.
