Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons
The Company announces that on 23rd March 2010 it received the following notifications:
Stephen Gleadle (Director)
On 23rd March 2010 Stephen Gleadle exercised his right to acquire at nil cost:
* 87,832 ordinary shares awarded to him as nil cost options on 21st March 2007 under the Company's Co-Investment Plan; and * 260,162 ordinary shares awarded to him as nil cost options on 3rd November 2005 under the Company's Co-Investment Plan.
On the same day, in order to pay his resulting tax obligations, he sold 143,107 shares at a price of £1.0975 per share.
As at 23rd March 2010 Mr Gleadle holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 326,387 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.03% of the total voting rights in the Company.
Mark Dixon (Director)
On 23rd March 2010 Mark Dixon exercised his right to acquire at nil cost 179,396 ordinary shares awarded to him as nil cost options on 21st March 2007 under the Company's Co-Investment Plan. The resulting shares were immediately transferred to Estorn Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr Dixon.
As at 23rd March 2010 Mr Dixon holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 320,320,684 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 33.71% of the total voting rights in the Company.
Guillermo Rotman (Person Discharging Managerial Repsonsibility)
On 23rd March 2010 72,818 ordinary shares, awarded to Guillermo Rotman on 21st March 2007 under the Company's Co-Investment Plan, were released to him at nil cost.
On the same day, in order to pay his resulting tax obligations, he sold 30,274 shares at a price of £1.0975 per share.
As at 23rd March 2010 Mr Rotman holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 451,038 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.05% of the total voting rights in the Company.
