Regus Group PLC19 March 2008 19th March 2008 Immediate Release Regus Group plc (the "Company") Regus Group plc announces that the Remuneration Committee has granted thefollowing share awards to its Executive Directors on 18th March 2007 at a priceof £0.805 per share under the Regus Group plc Co-Investment Plan (the "CIP")approved by shareholders at the Company's AGM on 26th May 2005:- Name Number of Shares Number of Shares subject to subject to Investment Share Matching Share Award Award Mark Dixon 316,770 1,267,080Rudy Lobo 169,875 679,500Stephen Gleadle 155,279 621,116 The Investment Share awards granted in accordance with the rules of the CIPrepresent a deferred bonus payment in respect of 50% of the gross bonus paidunder the annual bonus plan for each Executive Director relating to thefinancial year ending 31st December 2007. In addition the CIP provides for theRemuneration Committee to provisionally award up to four Matching Shares foreach Investment Share awarded, subject to the satisfaction of certainconditions. The Investment Share awards will vest at the end of a three year holding period,subject to the Executive Director being continuously employed with Regus Groupuntil 18th March 2011. The vesting of the Matching Share awards will be subject to the satisfaction offree cash flow per share and earnings per share targets over a three yearperformance period. In addition there is a Total Shareholder Return underpinwhereby no Matching Share awards will vest unless the Total Shareholder Returnperformance of the Company is at least at the median compared to the companiescurrently constituting the FTSE 350 Support Services Index over the three yearperformance period from the date of grant. Matching Shares awards will vest on 18th March 2011. Further details of theconditions and vesting arrangements will be included in the Directors'Remuneration Report for 2008. The Company also granted share awards under the Co-Investment Plan on 18th March2008 to the following senior executives discharging management responsibilitysubject to the same terms and conditions as the above awards to ExecutiveDirectors.
