Nicholas Lee's interest in the Company has been corrected to 16.4 million Ordinary Shares representing 1.78 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

All other details remain unchanged.

Director Share Purchase

Paternoster Resources plc announces that on 16 June 2016, Nicholas Lee, Chairman of the Company, via his SIPP, purchased 11.8 million ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.17p per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this transaction, Nicholas Lee now holds 16.4 million Ordinary Shares representing 1.78 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and options over a further 42 million Ordinary Shares.
