Regency Mines plc, the mining exploration and mineral investment company with interests in nickel and other minerals in Australia, Papua New Guinea and Sudan, has been notified by Mr Neil Howell that following recent purchases he beneficially owns 85,000,000 shares in the Company, which is 3.403% of the outstanding share capital of the Company.
