Director's Dealing/Holding in Company

Regency Mines PLC ("Regency" or the "Company") was yesterday notified that Andrew Bell, Chairman of the Company, on 13 January disposed of 600,000 ordinary 0.1p shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 6.41 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this disposal, Andrew Bell is now interested in 40,394,282 Ordinary Shares in the Company of which 100,002 are held directly. These shares represent approximately 7.43 per cent. of Regency's issued ordinary share capital.
