Real Good Food plc (AIM:RGD) announces that Anthony Ridgwell, a non-executive director of the Group, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect to concentrate on his other interests. Mr Ridgwell has been a non-executive director of the Group since May 2019 and is also a director of Napier Brown, the Group's largest shareholder and a loan note holder.
Mike Holt, Chairman said:
"On behalf of the board I would like to thank Anthony for his contribution during a time of significant change for Real Good Food. Napier Brown has indicated that it continues to be supportive of the Group and the Board."
