("Revolution Beauty", the "Group" or the "Company")
Director dealings
Revolution Beauty Group plc (AIM: REVB), the multi-channel mass beauty innovator, has been notified that Bob Holt, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 June 2023 at a price of 26p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, he now holds 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.3% of the current Issued Share Capital of the Company
The Company has also been notified that Derek Zissman, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 June 2023 at a price of 30.5p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, he now holds 130,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the current Issued Share Capital of the Company
