Directors dealing

REH was notified today that the Company's Chairman, Sir John Baker, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 38.0 pence per share on 10 November 2008.

As a result of this share purchase, Sir John's share holding in the Company stands at 145,000 shares representing 0.22 per cent. of the issued share capital.
