("REH" or the "Company")

Director's dealing

REH announces that it has been notified by Mike Proffitt, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, that he purchased 730,000 ordinary shares of 1.0p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market today, at a price of 19p per Ordinary Share, representing approximately 1.05 per cent. of the Company's entire issued ordinary share capital. 

As a result of this transaction, Mike Proffitt is now beneficially interested in 1,055,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.52 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
