Directorate Changes

Renewable Energy Holdings plc (AIM: REH), the AIM quoted investor in, and operator of, European wind power, is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Harper to the board of the Company (the "Board"), as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect. Roger Harper will replace Roger Witcomb, who has stepped down from the Board, with immediate effect, to pursue other opportunities.

Roger Harper has 39 years of experience as a chartered accountant, across a variety of companies and sectors. Most recently, Mr Harper was Director of Finance for Stuart, Smalley & Co. LLC, a firm of solicitors and, since 1981, Mr Harper has been acting as a sole practitioner of accountancy at Roger & Co., until his semi retirement in 2009. Mr Harper is a licensed insolvency practitioner and is licensee of the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission.

REH's CEO, Mike Proffitt, commented:

"I would like to welcome Roger Harper to the Board and believe he will provide valuable assistance to REH, particularly in view if his extensive experience in the Isle of Man and his broad commercial expertise. I would also like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the Company, to thank Roger Witcomb for his services to REH and the support he has provided to the Board, and wish him well in his future endeavours."
