Director Dealings 

Red24 plc ('Red24'), the AIM-quoted security and risk management consultancy today announces that the Company was informed on 14 November 2008 that on the same day, Sidebell Limited a company in which Simon Richards, Chairman of the Company, is a director and shareholder purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at the price of 3p.

Following this purchase, Simon Richards, is now interested in 12,989,250 ordinary shares, representing 29.27% of the Company's total issued share capital following the new issue detailed below of which 580,000 shares are held in his name, 11,909,250 shares are held by Sidebell Limited and 500,000 shares are held by Financial & General Securities Limited.
