Camco International Limited (AIM: CAO), global developer of emission reductions and clean energy projects, announces that J P Kenna, acting Chairman of the Company, has today informed the Company of the following transfers ("Transfers") of his holdings of ordinary shares of €0.01each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") all of which took place on 21 December 2010:
