Annual Report and Accounts
The following documents have today been submitted to the Financial Services Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the Financial Services Authority's Document Viewing Facility:
Record plc's annual report and accounts 2009;
Record plc's circular to shareholders incorporating the notice of the 2009 annual general meeting which will be held at the company's registered office: Morgan House, Madeira Walk, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 1EP at 10 am on Thursday 30 July 2009, and
Form of proxy.
The Document Viewing Facility is situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
The annual report, notice of meeting and AGM circular will also shortly be available from the Record plc website at http://ir.recordcm.com/rcm/ir/ or from the Company Secretary at the company's registered office, Morgan House, Madeira Walk, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 1EP.
