Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation
The Company announces, in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1) that on 8 August 2025 the following directors of the Company (each a person discharging managerial responsibilities) exercised share options issued under the Record plc Share Scheme and Record plc Long Term Incentive Plan as detailed below. The Company was notified of this exercise on 8 August 2025.

The Company was notified of this disposal on 8 August 2025.
