Result of AGM
REACT Group plc (AIM: REAT.L), the leading specialist cleaning, hygiene, and decontamination company, announces that at the Company's annual general meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. Pursuant to the Circular posted on 6 March 2024 in connection with the Share Capital Consolidation, Admission is expected to become effective and dealings are expected to commence in the New Ordinary Shares on AIM on or around 8.00 a.m. on 2 April 2024.
