REACT Group Plc, (AIM: REAT), the leading specialist cleaning, hygiene and decontamination company, is pleased to announce that Shaun Doak CEO and Andrea Pankhurst CFO will host a live presentation to investors, via the Investor Meet Company platform, at 15:30 (BST) on 10th June 2020.
The Company is putting in place an appropriate communication process for all elements of its shareholder base so that its strategy, business model and performance are understood. Accordingly:
• The online presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders.
• Questions can be submitted at any time during the live presentation, via the "Ask a Question" function.
• Whilst the Company aims to be as responsive as possible, it may not be in a position to answer every question it receives. It will address the most pertinent questions within the confines of information already disclosed to the market. Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the Investor Meet Company platform.
• Investor feedback can be submitted directly to management immediately after the event to ensure the Company understands the views of all elements of its shareholder base.
