Directorate Changes

Verdes (AIM: VMP) announces the following appointment to the Board. Adam Reynolds is joining the Board with immediate effect as a non-executive Director.

Adam will work with the current board to implement and execute the Company's new investing strategy which was approved by shareholders following its classification as an investing company earlier this year.

Adam is a former stockbroker who specialises in corporate finance. He has built, rescued and re-financed a number of public companies, notably EKF Diagnostics Plc, Orogen Gold Plc and more recently Premaitha Health PLC and Optibiotix Health PLC. Adam also led the take-private of Autoclenz Group Limited from AutoClenz Plc.

David Mends has left the board with immediate effect.
