REACT Group PLC("REACT" or the "Company)Board Changes 

REACT Group PLC, the specialist provider of rapid response deep cleaning and emergency decontamination services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Vermaak to the Board of the Company as Managing Director.

Chris will be responsible at Board level for the operational performance of the Company where the strength of his experience lies. He will be responsible for improving and enhancing the operational management and organisational structure of the company and the development of the medium to long term growth strategy. Chris has been employed as Operations Manager at REACT since May 2015, during which period Chris has contributed significantly to the improvement of REACT's operational efficiency. This has included order automation and maintaining standards of legislative adherence by the Company's s operators in the varied and sometimes dangerous projects undertaken. Chris has overseen the implementation of new software and systems, which has reduced the time required to understand and complete tasks by operators conducting complex projects. 

Prior to this Chris was employed since 2008 at Autoclenz Limited ("Autoclenz"), a cleaning/valeting service provider to the auto trade. Latterly as an Area Manager, Chris was responsible for Autoclenz's Delivery and Collection division

Grahame Rummery has resigned from the Board of React with effect from 1 October. The Company thanks Grahame for his contribution to the Company as Chief Executive since the reverse takeover of REACT SC Holdings in July 2015, and his contribution to REACT prior to flotation which has enabled REACT to offer a broader range of services to more blue chip organisations.

Grahame will concentrate his efforts going forward on Autoclenz, of which he is CEO, and which, together with the Management team of Autoclenz, has now grown since its management buyout in 2012 to become a £40 million business. Grahame wishes all of those that remain within REACT good luck in their endeavours for the future.

In addition, non-executive Chairman Gill Leates has been appointed as Executive Chairman.

Save for the information above and below, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17, Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of the appointment of Chris Vermaak.

Mr Vermaak's full name is Christoffel Salmon Vermaak; he is 37 years old.

Mr Vermaak entered in to an individual voluntary arrangement in 2009 which was subsequently discharged in full by 2015.
