R.E.A. Holdings plc (the "company") - second interim dividend

In the company's half yearly report for the six months ended 30 June 2008, it was stated that the directors of the company intended to declare a second interim dividend in respect of 2008 for payment in January 2009 of 1.5 pence per ordinary share making a total dividend of 3 pence per ordinary share, a first interim dividend of 1.5 pence per ordinary share having been paid in September 2008.

Accordingly, after due consideration, the directors of the company have today declared a second interim dividend in lieu of final for the year ending of 31 December 2008 of 1.5 pence per ordinary share. This will be paid on 30 January 2009 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16 January 2009.
