Exercise of Options
Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a leading provider of a cloud-based enterprise data analytics platform, announces that following the exercise of share options on 8 October 2014, application has been made for 320,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM, with trading expected to commence on or around 10 November 2015.
Following the exercise of the options, the Company will have 75,765,814 Ordinary Shares in issue. Therefore the figure of 75,765,814 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
