The Company has been informed that Hugh Cox, Founder & Chief Data Officer, today purchased 91,750 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), through his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") at a price of 5.6p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Cox has a total interest of 11,344,784 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.88 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
