The unaudited diluted net asset value of RIT Capital Partners plc as at 31 October 2022 (with debt at fair value) was 2,420p per £1 ordinary share (30 September 2022: 2,464p). This is after deduction of the second interim dividend of 18.5p per £1 ordinary share paid on 28 October 2022.
