Quarterly Dividend & Website Commentary
§ Riverstone Credit Opportunities Income Plc ("RCOI" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the interim dividend for the quarter ending 30 September 2020 of 1.4 cents per share. The dividend is payable on 18 December 2020 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 27 November 2020 (ex-dividend date is 26 November 2020). The dividend reflects the delayed pace of deployment, due to uncertainty in the commodity and capital markets stemming from COVID-19, as well as the early repayment of the Ducks facility which produced gains in the second quarter, but reduced interest income in the third quarter. The quality of the loans in the portfolio is evidenced by the increase in NAV quarter on quarter.
§ As of November 2020, the Company has provided additional content on its website, including an overview on each investment, key market performance indicators as well as a link to our ESG policy. The Company will continue to update the commentary on a recurring basis and provide further enhancements in the near future.
