Trinity Mirror plc ("the Company") - Director Declarations

Trinity Mirror plc announces that Lee Ginsberg and David Kelly, both Non-executive directors of the Company ,have been appointed to the board of On the Beach plc. which on Monday 28 September 2105 was admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, the Company confirms that there are no further details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph LR 9.6.14 R of the UK Listing Rules in respect of either Lee Ginsberg or David Kelly.
