Director Shareholdings
The Company was informed on 23 December 2011 of the following director dealings:
On 23 December 2011, Mr. Howard Golden, a director of the Company, purchased 270,994 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.46 per Ordinary Share.
On 23 December 2011, Mr. Dirk Van den Broeck, a director of the Company, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of €0.46 per Ordinary Share and on 28 December 2011 a further 200,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of €0.461 per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions:
Mr. Howard Golden is interested in 1,059,732 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.06% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Mr. Dirk Van den Broeck is the beneficial owner, either directly or indirectly, of 2,036,831 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.04% of the total voting rights of the Company.
