Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 5 July 2013 that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, had on 5 July 2013 purchased 4,018,410 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.2008 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 8,234,972 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.23% of the total issued share capital of the Company, with voting rights.
