Robinson plc ("Robinson", the "Group" or the "Company") announces that Michael Cusick has been appointed as commercial director joining the Board on 1 January 2019 alongside Sara Halton who will be joining as an independent non-executive director, as announced on 7 December 2018.

Mike joined Robinson in 2015 as the Group's finance controller. In 2017 he moved to be the Group's commercial finance director responsible for integrating our Polish businesses and commercial systems across the Group. Prior to joining Robinson, he worked within the finance function of SIG Plc, a leading European supplier of specialist building materials listed on the premium segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
