Purchase of shares / PDMR Shareholding
The Company today announces that Adrian Harris a PDMR and Partner at Rosenblatt Limited bought on 18 November 2019 in the open market 7,368 ordinary shares of £0.002 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.95 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this, Adrian Harris's aggregate controlled interest in the Company totals to 990,582 ordinary shares, representing 1.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
