Board Change
RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP), the legal services group, announces that Nick Davis has resigned as a board director of the Company with immediate effect. Nick will remain Senior Partner of Memery Crystal.
Marianne Ismael, Chair, said:
"The board has been very fortunate to have had Nick as a Director. He has made a significant contribution to each meeting, and he has been a great support to all his colleagues on the Board as well as across the whole firm. I would like to add my personal thanks to Nick and wish him well as he continues with his role as Senior Partner of Memery Crystal."
