Resignation of Non-Executive Director
The Board of RBG Holdings plc (AIM: RBGP), the legal services group, announces the resignation effective from 30th January 2025, of its Non-Executive Director, Patsy Baker.
Ms. Baker informed the Board of her intention to step down from the Board in September 2024 but agreed to remain on the Board while RBGH was undertaking a refinancing exercise.
On behalf of the Board, Marianne Ismail, Chair of RBG, commented:
"Patsy has shown huge commitment to RBGH and I would like to thank her for her strong support and contribution to the Company over the past three and a half years.
"Patsy has chaired Remco in addition to her role as an NED and has also sat on the Audit and Risk Committee. Patsy has been effective in all her roles, and we have constantly used her insights in crafting concise and appropriate wording for many announcements over the years. She has also been a valuable sounding board in my role as Chair. "
