Revolution Bars Group plc (the "Company") was notified today that on 18 March 2015, Keith Edelman, Chairman of the Company, purchased 30,500 Ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 195 pence per share. 

Following his purchase, Mr. Edelman now has a beneficial interest in 30,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.061% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. 

Additionally, the Company has been notified today that on 18 March 2015, Michael Shallow, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 12,750 Ordinary Shares at a price of 195 pence per share. 

Following his purchase, Mr. Shallow now has a beneficial interest in 12,750 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.025% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The above transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.
